Vernon View Condominiums, a picturesque 35-unit complex in Huntsville, ON, offers residents stunning views of Hunter Bay and is nestled in the heart of Muskoka’s natural beauty. However, before reaching out to Reliance Commercial Solutions, condo owners and the Property Manager were grappling with the ongoing challenges of aging water heater tanks that were disrupting comfort and functionality across the building.

Vernon View’s aging gas-powered water heater tanks were failing, causing disruptions in hot water and heating supply, as well as flooding damage. Additionally, the outdated venting system required an upgrade to meet current standards and ensure safe, efficient operation.

We provided and installed the ideal solution to restore hot water and heating to the condo units, ensuring comfort was quickly returned. We also capped the outdated exhaust system, eliminating the need for a full venting replacement. To offer the Property Manager greater cost certainty, the new equipment and services are now included in the Reliance® rental program, covering future repairs, maintenance, and labour costs.
